We know from our own experience and that of clients that the first three months in Doha can be daunting and know that a helping hand from a friendly contact can really make a difference. We are happy to forward you a questionnaire which will enable us to plan a personal orientation for you as obviously a family's needs and requirements will be totally different to those of an individual.  Al Fanar Relocation Agents are very carefully chosen to ensure that a professional service is always given. We will arrange to collect you from your hotel or accommodation and tailor make a programme which suits your new life in Doha. (All Al Fanar vehicles are 4 wheel drive and fully air conditioned, baby seats available on request)


4 hour orientation - To include a personal tour of Doha totally geared to the individuals needs i.e. schools, hospitals, malls, sports facilities, hotels, diplomatic areas, beaches, supermarkets etc. Each client will receive a complimentary Marhaba book (essential handbook for life in Qatar). We will aim to answer all your questions and give you helpful advice on local culture, city areas and the history of Doha.

2 day service - To include all the orientation services above, plus more comprehensive assistance in any further areas required, i.e. school searches, shopping trips, pet import advice, liaising with shipping companies re personal effect shipments, liquor licence forms etc. We will also accompany ladies to their medical and finger printing procedure. With this option we will again personalize the 2 days to the needs and requirements of the individual. This service is also available as a LOOK SEE, when a company allows a prospective employee the chance to arrive in Doha and see if it really is for them! With all of our programmes we aim to show that life in Qatar will be a rewarding, fun and happy experience.
